These terms apply to MerchMind AI, a Shopify app that audits product listings and helps merchants generate product optimization drafts.

Merchant responsibility

AI-generated content is a draft. Merchants are responsible for reviewing product titles, descriptions, SEO fields, claims, pricing, compliance, and accuracy before publishing updates.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing. Subscription approvals, cancellations, and plan changes are handled through Shopify. Test-store billing follows Shopify test billing behavior.

Service limits

AI credit limits and feature access depend on the selected plan. MerchMind AI may limit or delay requests to keep the app reliable and to comply with Shopify platform limits.
